About

Michael Clay is the founder of the Social Security Law Center. He received his bachelor degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Clay began practicing Social Security disability law in 1990 and has conducted several Social Security disability seminars throughout Oklahoma. He has also been a speaker at OBA continuing education seminars and NOSSCR conferences. Mr. Clay’s work focuses on the appellate aspects of a case. He supervises the briefs filed to the Appeals Council, the US District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court for Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Mr. Clay’s work allows Social Security Law Center to keep your case in house from start to finish if the need arises to file an appeal to a higher court.
